01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, or otherwise using any portion of the Aletheia Lattice™ platform, documentation, reports, website, or related materials (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all access and use. “Synthesize Leverage” refers to Synthesize Leverage, LLC, a Florida limited-liability company.

02Intellectual Property Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including but not limited to the following—are and shall remain the exclusive property of Synthesize Leverage, LLC:

• The Aletheia Lattice™ name, brand, logos, and trade dress
• The multi-agent orchestration architecture, including the Swarm, Council, and Verification layers
• All agent taxonomies, agent configurations, prompt designs, and role definitions
• The verification methodology, including multi-pass reliability scoring, convergence analysis, and confidence-weighted deliberation
• All report designs, templates, layouts, visual formats, and analytical presentation frameworks
• The analytical frameworks, scoring rubrics, risk taxonomies, and structured output schemas
• All source code, algorithms, data structures, APIs, and software implementations
• All documentation, white papers, vision documents, and marketing materials

These constitute proprietary trade secrets and copyrighted expression of Synthesize Leverage, LLC, protected under United States and international intellectual-property law.

03Prohibited Conduct — Scraping & Automated Extraction

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Scrape, crawl, or spider any portion of the Service or its outputs using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any programmatic means
• Systematically copy, download, or archive content, reports, or data from the Service, whether in whole or in part
• Use automated extraction techniques (including but not limited to screen scraping, data mining, or API harvesting) to collect, store, or redistribute any content or data
• Circumvent or bypass any technical measures implemented to prevent or restrict automated access

Isolated, manual viewing for personal evaluation or authorized client use is permitted. Any collection that is systematic, automated, or intended for aggregation is expressly prohibited.

04Prohibited Conduct — Derivative Systems

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Build, design, or operate any orchestration system, multi-agent platform, or analytical pipeline that is based on, derived from, inspired by, or substantially similar to the Aletheia Lattice architecture
• Replicate the design patterns of the Swarm/Council/Verification pipeline, including the multi-layer deliberation methodology, agent-role taxonomy, or confidence-weighted convergence scoring
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any component thereof for the purpose of creating a competing or substitute product
• Train, fine-tune, or otherwise use any machine-learning model on data, outputs, or documentation obtained from the Service without express written consent

05Prohibited Conduct — Reproduction of Proprietary Formats

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Reproduce, imitate, or adapt the agent taxonomy, role definitions, or agent-naming conventions used in the Service
• Copy or recreate the verification methodology, multi-pass reliability framework, or convergence-scoring approach
• Reproduce the report format, visual design, layout, scoring presentation, or analytical structure of any report generated by the Service
• Present or distribute outputs from the Service as your own work product without proper attribution to Synthesize Leverage, LLC

06Reservation of Rights

Synthesize Leverage, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. No license, right, or interest in any trademark, service mark, trade name, patent, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Access to the Service does not convey any ownership interest or license to the underlying technology, methods, or intellectual property.

Synthesize Leverage, LLC may pursue all available legal and equitable remedies for violation of these Terms, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs.

07Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

08Limitation of Liability

The outputs generated by Aletheia Lattice are for informational and analytical purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Synthesize Leverage, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated analysis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synthesize Leverage, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

09Modifications

Synthesize Leverage, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
